Terms of Service

Please read these thoroughly before commissioning me! By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- All prices listed are a base price: complexity fees may be incurred if your character is, well, complex. Examples of this include a complex silhouette, extra limbs, a lot of gradients and/or painted markings, or a complex composition or environment.
- Any work commissioned from me is for personal use only: please inform me if you wish to use the piece commercially as this will incur extra fees.
- I reserve the rights to any and all images I produce, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of commissioning, as future commission examples.
- I reserve the rights to any designs I make; you may not claim the design as your own, remove my watermark, or remove my credit from the design in any way. If you would like to create AU versions of designs that I've made that you own: please contact me for permission to do so! I love seeing how people connect to my designs.
- You may not make any significant edits to my work: this includes editing, remastering, applying filters, making collages out of, or otherwise modifying an image that I have created.
- In the event that you lose the original file of the image, character design, or 3D model that you commissioned from me: please contact me! I keep copies of the original files for every work I create and I will be happy to provide it to you at no extra charge.
- This is not something that I can control, but rather something that I strongly discourage: please do not use my artwork to promote hate speech such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, misogyny, etc. I do not promote these ideas and every measure is taken to ensure that my work reflects this.

The commission process

This is a set of terms specifically for the commission process itself!- Payment is to be made in full, upfront, after approval of a sketch. I am open to discussing payment plans for orders above 150$.
- Turnaround time varies betwen 1 to 4 weeks. You will be given notice if I expect to take longer on your order!
- I do not allow redlining or editing of my work during the commission process. Please make any remarks or requests for modification of your order verbally.
- Due to the time and effort I put into my work, I cannot offer full refunds. Partial refunds are possible and depend on the progress of the piece.
- If you back out of a commission due to a changing financial situation, you will not be penalized! I understand that life circumstances change. If you have approved a sketch, you will receive an 85% refund.
